Stress is such a huge variable in our health and well-being. When there is discord, our body reacts and creates defense mechanisms, whether we are aware of it or not. This is a perfect opportunity to step back and realign so that we can live our optimal life.

Where you will Stay

Shenandoah Wilderness Traveler is a relaxed resort in Gordonsville, VA - 2 hours from WAS airport, 1 hour to Richmond and 45 min to Charlottesville. This comfortable hub will be base camp for a relaxing and exploratory retreat in nature. Daily yoga and optional activities like hiking, stargazing, art, writing and cooking help us reconnect with the source of Self. A return to the simple pleasures in life are the perfect counter to life’s chaos.
